Ocean Crews Yacht Agency Recruitment Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Ocean-Crews, hereinafter referred to as the “Agency,” and any individuals or entities (the “Clients” or “Employers”) engaging the Agency’s services for yacht crew recruitment purposes. By using the Agency’s services, Clients agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ocean-Crews or www.ocean-crews.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or services.
3. Recruitment Services
3.1 The Agency, Ocean-Crews, specializes in the recruitment of yacht crew members for various positions within the yachting industry.
3.2 Ocean-Crews will use its best efforts to source and present suitable candidates to the Client for consideration.
3.3 The Client acknowledges that the final decision regarding the selection and hiring of any candidate rests solely with the Client.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 The Client agrees to pay Ocean-Crews a fee, as specified in a separate agreement or proposal, for the recruitment services provided.
4.2 Ocean-Crews will never ask for payment from candidates searching for work.
4.3 Payment terms, including invoicing and due dates, will be outlined in the separate agreement or proposal.
5. Candidate Placements
5.1 Ocean-Crews does not guarantee the successful placement or performance of any candidate introduced to the Client.
5.2 Ocean-Crews strives to ensure that candidates presented to the Client are suitably qualified and experienced; however, it is the Client’s responsibility to verify the qualifications, references, and credentials of any candidate before hiring.
6. Confidentiality
Both Ocean-Crews and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the recruitment process.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
8. Liability
8.1 Ocean-Crews shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by the Client as a result of the recruitment process or the hiring of any candidate.
8.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Ocean-Crews harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the actions or omissions of any candidate introduced by Ocean-Crews.
8.3 Ocean-Crews shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the website or services.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
